The view is overlooking the Whangamata township, beach and harbour entrance while the milky way is setting in the east.
The image is a stitched panorama of 14 x 25 second exposures, f/4.5 ISO8000 @ 14mm.
Gear used was Sony A7s, Samyang 14mm f/2.8 lens.
Sirui W-2004 tripod.
