“Dusk till dawn” Phase 1/3. -Sunset.
This image is part one of a trilogy of panoramic images I captured last weekend while visiting Whangamata.
This “Dusk till dawn” project was to capture the different phases at the peninsula lookout from sunset, then night time while the milkyway was visible, and lastly at sunrise.
This visit to Whangamata has been long overdue. It made perfect sence to showcase this beautiful destination seen as the area played a significant role in my past, having formerly called it home for 10 years of my life, up until the time I left school.
During the shoot, I couldn’t have asked for better conditions.
A perfect display of colour and clarity every time.
