I thought it was about time I gave this old girl some attention.
This stunning 1956 Mercury Monterey is the only one of this particular model in New Zealand.
It was owned and loved by my parents until just a few moths ago.
The day before it was sold to it’s lucky new owner, we raced out in the evening as the sun was setting and did the photo shoot I’d been procrastinating over for months.
It’s near impossible to take a bad picture of this vehicle or it’s former surrounding landscape, the Coromandel.
